What Can you Sell?
You can sell both of the following:

    Physical Artwork:

Any form of Digital Photography or Digital Art that is downloadable

Selling Physical Art
Physical art is anything that needs to be physically delivered and may include painting, drawing, sculpture, craft, photographic prints and any other form of artwork that is tangible in a three dimensional real world sense.

How it Works: Subscription Service
To sell your physical artwork on this site you must purchase a monthly subscription. There are different packages and these enable you to sell a set number of physical artworks in your Art Shop at any one time. When you sell a piece of art you may replace the advertised artwork with another artwork. In fact you may change any of the artworks that you are selling as often as you like.

Subscription prices are set in US Dollars per month and anyone may purchase a subscription, no matter what country you live in, as long as you have either a Credit Card or a PayPal account.

We only charge a subscription fees and we do not charge a commission on the sale price of physical art work, so the full sale price goes to you.

The Cost of Subscription
USD/Month Your Art Shop May Contain:

$6 1 Physical Artwork

$10 5 Physical Artworks

$15 10 Physical Artworks

$25 20 Physical Artworks

$75 100 Physical Artworks

NOTE: You can cancel a subscription at any time or have more than one subscription package at the same time.

NOTE: Your Art Shop may contain both Physical Art and or Digital work. There is no limit to how many Digital works you may sell and the above subscription quotas do not affect this. See the next section for details on selling Digital images.

When Someone Buys Your Artwork
If someone wants to purchase your work they press on the Buy Now button, confirm their details and confirm the purchase. You are then informed by email of the sale and their details are sent to you. It is your responsibility that the goods are as described and you must make appropriate arrangements for payment and the subsequent delivery or pick up:

Your Contractual Responsibility
With Physical Artwork iSnapChat is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. iSnapChat is not responsible for the payment, delivery, description or quality of goods. You are responsible to ensure that the description of your work is accurate and as soon as a buyer purchases an artwork, as the seller, you are contractually obliged to make arrangements for the buyer to pay you and make arrangements for the pick up or delivery of the goods in a professional and speedy manner. By selling artwork on this site you agree to that contractual responsibility.

We ask everyone to act professionally and politely at all times. This site functions on the good will of the community of users. So if we have reason to believe that someone has not acted professionally or in good faith, we reserve the right to cancel any subscription or other iSnapChat service that they may have and or take other steps such as banning them access to the site.

Selling Digital Art & Photography
Digital art is anything that can be downloaded immediately as a digital file. These can be digital photos, images that you have scanned into your computer or created on in a image editing package such as PhotoShop or CoralDraw etc. The work must be saved as a Jpeg, Gif or PNG file format. Animation or video is not allowed.

How it Works: Commission
There is no cost to upload and sell your digital work on iSnapChat. When you upload your work you set the price. We charge a commission on top of your price. We reserve the right to change our commission at any time as this enables us to have sales or other promotions. This does not affect the amount of money you get. You always get the amount you set. When you upload your work you see the current commission rate and can calculate the price. At the time of writing this our commission is was set to 40%

Note: You can change your sale price at any time.

PayPal Bank Account
We Pay you via PayPal. You can't upload digital work unless you have a PayPal account. As part of the upload process you will need to know your PayPal email:

If you don't have a PayPal account get a PayPal account now: Go to PayPal.com

It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal email is correct. You can always change it by clicking on Setting at the bottom of any page:

When do we Pay You?
Digital Art payments are paid out when we owe you a minimum of $100 USD and are paid the next month. If your balance is less than $100 we will pay you the full balance for the previous year every January.

Copyright: What am I Selling?
With digital work there is no physical object. So you are selling the right to reproduce your work. This is how it works:

Royalty Free Images
When someone purchase a Digital image from this site they pay for the image once and then they may use it as many times as they like. They don't have to pay any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. Once they purchase a royalty-free image, they may use it multiple times for multiple projects without paying additional fees. This is a license for them personally (or for their company) and for their client. Defamatory, libelous, pornographic or otherwise unlawful use of any image is prohibited.

Artist's Rights
The artist or photographer who created the image always retains the right to reproduce their image as part of their portfolio of work. This can be in any media such as exhibitions, publication or online galleries.

Important Copyright Options:
This is set by the Artists or Photographer who is selling the image when the image is uploaded:

Single Original: The Artist/Photographer is selling a single digital copy of the image and the buyer has exclusive rights to use this image. The Artist/Photographer may not Sell the commercial rights to anyone else and so the sale price should reflect this exclusivity.

Multicopy - Limited Series: The Artist/Photographer is selling a limited number of these images. Once the series has been completely sold out the image may not be sold to anyone else or used commercially by anyone.

Multicopy - Unlimited Series: The Artist/Photographer is selling an unlimited number of copies of these images. The buyer does not have exclusive rights and the artists retains the right to sell their work in digital or physical format elsewhere. The sale price should reflect this non-exclusivity.

This selection is set when the image is first uploaded. The default is Unlimited Series:

Editing: You can edit this setting up until the point that someone purchases a copy of this work. The exclusivity and copyright is part of the purchase agreement and so contractually can't be changed after an image has been sold.

  Small Print:

iSnapChat Copyright: When uploading images to this site the artists gives over certain rights such as iSnapChat's ability to share the image on the site and related sites such as Facebook. They may also select to give iSnapChat additional rights to use their images in our Make Stuff section. The sale of any work does not affect the rights that iSnapChat has over any image that has been uploaded to the site and we retain all rights as outlined in our copyright Policy up until the point when the artists deletes the image from our site.

Exception: Even if an image is globally deleted from our site, iSnapChat retains the right to keep a copy of any image that has been sold so that buyers, sellers and our admin can keep track of transactions - such images are not publicly visible and buyers and sellers can only see those images which they have personally bought or sold. These images will not be used for any other purpose.

Facebook's Copyright: When an image is shared from iSnapChat to someone's Facebook Wall or Newsfeed a small thumbnail image maybe displayed in the Facebook site. These Images are not removed by our global delete as iSnapChat has no control over Facebook and Facebook has their own copyright policy.

Deleting Images and Copyright Issues: For further information please read our FAQ: Copyright & Sharing of Images
